Life’s circumstances often lead us to be cooking for one or two in a household. It can be challenging because often we feel recipes make too many portions, or it’s too much to purchase for such small numbers. This presentation will help you plan menus, prepare shopping lists and cook meals for one or two people. Elizabeth St. Godard, Community Dietician with the Healthy Aging Resource Team of the WRHA will offer this course on Tuesday, March 3 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. There is no charge but registration is required.
